Ingredients for mushroom soup - serves 6
Hi all.
Back in Zambia and the Cat's mother will join me in a week.
The mushroom is 14 inches diameter.
They do come bigger though.
This one cost about USD 0.55

Hammer, it is the kind that is big and white/brown and it grows in the forest.
Eirc, it is edible and has a very nice texture - Oom Kees does not pay 55c for something he cannot eat.
Bob, fried, boiled, roasted whatever you want to do. It is good food.

I keep trying to imagine what a farm of these looks like; it seems like it would resemble some sort of landscape in a science fiction movie.
