Friday fishing with REAL fish
This is Tigerfish from Lake Kariba on the Zambian side.
They are quite tasty but dried without salt so the western taste buds misses that.
Also it helps to know the vendor as regards the hygiene of the operation.

I had fresh grouper last night and I made a low country boil today, I boil cajun seasonings with sausage, onions, fresh white corn, potatoes and fresh Georgia wild shrimp.
