Cut it up



I found this novel way of cutting up this fish in Stonetown on Zanzibar.

I suppose it poses the same question that a watermelon does.
Comments:
I have cut up King mackeral like that as well as some other big fish that I wanted to steak out..tuna and salmon over forty pounds steak out well.
