In Memoriam

I am not one amongst the multitudes, I have chosen another life.

My name is ROBERT CHIN, I died in the 9/11 atrocity.

I have never met Robert Chin.
I don't know whether he wanted to be called Rob or Robbie or whether he would have preferred the cold English "Chin"
The fact that he went to work 'that' morning, tells me that he was a regular guy like me and you, we work, we don't beg.
I salute him for being there, where he got killed by madmen that are trying to engulf us.

From people that knew him better.
From

Suk Tan, I have known Robert Chin since 5th grade. We always had a great friendship. I will miss him very much. He always made me laugh and I always made him laugh. I will always remember Rob with a big smile on his face. He didn't need much in life to be happy. All he needed in life was good family, good friends, and a good time. He had all of these things.
Steven Ettinger, close friend

Robert, all of your fellow owners in the former "Bottom of the Fourth" fantasy baseball league will miss you. We renamed the league in your honor. God bless.
Ed Reaven, friend

Dear Steve and Ed, I mourn for your friend also, he was taken away needlessly.

From
September 9, 2002
In honor of September 11th, my high school gave out wrist bands with the names of people who died in the tradegy, and I was given Robert Chin's name. I will be praying for your family and friends, and I hope that you will find comfort and strength at this time. God Bless.
Pilar Green (Houston, TX )

Dear Pilar, all we can do is, stay the course, we will be tested more.

I WISH WE COULD HANG OUT ONE MORE TIME...TO TALK, LAUGH, PLAY SPORTS, SING SOME KAREOKE, SHOW YOU MY LITTLE BOY, OR POKE FUN AT THE OTTER. MY FAMILY & I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST, AND WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU!!!

I never knew you but I am sorry for all of his family members and friends. I know how you feel except I know you feel worse cause the person you know died and the person I know left work less then an hour earlier then the attacks happened

Rob, we never met but, I fear that many more people will perish at the hands of Islamic barbarians because of Liberal denial.

God bless you and your loved ones.

Good job Kees...

Lest we forget.

Thanks everybody.
Yes I cried all the time

Thanks Kees

FOR YOUR SUCCESS pays tribute to Thomas Sullivan

I love these tributes. I wish I had had time to do one myself. Thanks Kees.

beautiful

Great job honoring Robert. Letting those who knew him speak for him serves this 2996 project well.

Glad you did a write up on Rob. I didn't know him, but everyone should be remembered. I did one too.

Great job Kees...glad you were able to participate. I think it's important for the people in the US to know that many people from all around the world were appalled by this.

Thanks for this tribute to Robert. Well done. Holding his family and friends in my thoughts and prayers as we pass this 5th sadiversary.
Rest well Robert,
Auntie Lyn
