Unknown beauty
A while ago I posted this from Aria.
I asked her if she knew what the flower was and she said no but posted more pictures.
So here is more of the same unknown.

Oh the closeup helped. I think that's some variety of vinca. I've never seen it so thick and colorful though.

Over 100 species of Jamesbrittenia are found mostly in South Africa, with a few found in tropical Africa. The plants of this genus are hardy and may be grown almost anywhere in South Africa.
